# White Label: Run the Full ChatbotX Platform Under Your Brand

> Configure ChatbotX's White Label feature to deliver chatbot, Inbox, and AI Agent services to clients under your own domain, logo, and brand colors.

**White Label** is a solution that allows you to run the entire ChatbotX platform under your own business brand. When this feature is activated, your clients see your brand name, custom domain, logo, favicon, and brand colors — not the original ChatbotX platform. This solution is designed for agencies and resellers who want to offer chatbot automation, Inbox management, and AI Agent services to their clients with a professional and fully unified brand experience.

## Check Your Activation Status

Before you can configure your branded portal, confirm that your account has the White Label permission enabled.

    Log in to your admin portal at `https://app.chatbotx.io/manage`.

    In the **Usage** interface, find the **Features** card and look at the **White Label** line. If the status shows **Active**, your account is ready for branding configuration.

    Review the **Quota** card to see the maximum number of **Contacts** and **Workspaces** your current plan allows. These limits vary by the White Label package you registered.

## Configuration Modules

Once your White Label status is confirmed as Active, you have access to three groups of configuration modules to build your complete branded portal.

    Configure the core visual identity of the portal so clients recognize your brand the moment they log in.

    * **Branding Configuration** — Update the brand name, upload light and dark logo versions, set the favicon, and choose the primary UI theme color.
    * **Custom Domain for Portal** — Point your custom domain to the platform and configure DNS records to activate SSL security.
    * **SMTP & Email Templates** — Configure your own SMTP email server and customize the styling of automated system notifications sent to your clients.

    Configure pricing plans, create client accounts, and manage resource limits for your end users.

    * **Manage Sub-accounts** — Manage client accounts, configure access permissions, and handle manual or automated registrations.
    * **Manage Plans** — Create pricing plans, configure resource quotas, and specify which features are included in each plan.
    * **Workspaces & Quotas** — Manage your clients' workspaces and monitor real-time resource consumption.
    * **Stripe Billing Automation** — Connect Stripe to automate subscription management, plan upgrades, and recurring payment collection.

    Configure developer app credentials that allow your clients to connect their social media channels under your brand rather than ChatbotX's default apps.

    * **Shared App Credentials** — Configure Meta, Google, TikTok, and Zalo apps so your clients connect channels under your brand.
    * **Create Google App** — Set up a Google App to enable Google Login, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar for your clients.
