ChatbotX integrations let you push conversational data to the tools your business already relies on — without writing code. When a customer completes a form in your chatbot, integrations can instantly add them to your CRM, enroll them in an email sequence, log their details in a spreadsheet, or trigger a workflow in an automation platform. Every integration is configured directly inside Flow Builder, so the same visual canvas you use to design conversations also controls how data flows to external systems. The following integrations are available in your ChatbotX workspace.

Google Sheets

Sync contact data to spreadsheets, look up rows, update records, and clear data — all from inside a Flow.

Make

Connect ChatbotX to hundreds of external apps using Make scenarios. Trigger scenarios from a Flow or perform actions in your workspace from Make.

Webhooks

Send contact data to any external URL — CRM, Zapier, Google Sheets, or a custom endpoint — when a specific event occurs in a Flow.

ActiveCampaign

Create or update contacts in ActiveCampaign, add them to lists, apply Tags, and enroll them in email automations from inside a Flow.

Mailchimp

Add contacts to a Mailchimp Audience with Double Opt-In, apply Tags, and sync Custom Fields such as name, phone, and birthday.

Klaviyo

Create or update Klaviyo Profiles from ChatbotX contact data, add them to Lists, and sync Custom Properties for segmentation.

How Integrations Work

All integrations in ChatbotX operate inside Flows. You add an integration Action to a Send Message node or a Perform Action node at the point in the conversation where data should be sent. The Action uses the contact fields collected earlier in the Flow — such as an email address, phone number, or custom field value — to perform the task in the connected external system. The general pattern for any integration is:
  1. Connect — authenticate the external service from Settings → Integrations.
  2. Build — add the integration Action to the correct position in your Flow.
  3. Map — match ChatbotX contact fields to the fields the external service expects.
  4. Test — publish and test the Flow with real or sample data before going live.
Webhooks and the Make integration do not require authentication through the Integrations settings page. Webhooks use a destination URL you provide, and Make uses a Workspace token exchanged inside the Make platform.
